We’re a brand-new boutique commercial real estate company in Calgary, and we’re looking for experienced, licensed Commercial Real Estate Agents to join us as we build something new.
This is an opportunity for an established agent who is looking for more autonomy, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to help shape a growing boutique firm.
We’re looking for people who know the commercial real estate business, have an established network, are driven to succeed, and genuinely enjoy what they do.
What You’ll Do
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors in commercial real estate transactions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Prospect for new business and identify new opportunities
- Manage listings and oversee the marketing and leasing/sales process
- Conduct property tours, negotiations, and deal structuring
- Prepare offers, proposals, listing presentations, and other transaction materials
- Stay current on Calgary’s commercial real estate market and trends
- Collaborate with the team on business development and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain a strong professional network
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the transaction process
- Contribute ideas and help shape the growth and culture of a new boutique firm
What We’re Looking For
- Active Alberta commercial real estate licence
- Ideally, several years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong understanding of the Calgary commercial real estate market
- Proven ability to generate business and develop lasting client relationships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven
- Organized and able to manage multiple deals and priorities
- Professional, personable, and confident
- Someone who thinks creatively and is always looking for the next opportunity
- A team player who is also comfortable working independently
