The Director of Operations is a key Empire Protector for the growing business. This Director is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. As a key leader in the META Group, the Director of Operations increases the ability of the group to offer an amazing high level customer experience to the brokers on our team and especially the clients who the brokers serve. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems. This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization. This individual will have some ability to show patience in finding a solution, though accomplishing the objective is more important for this person than using one specific process.
As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the different businesses that the META Group will open. The same high-level of customer experience will always be at the center of all META group business ventures.
What will you do?
The Director of Operations is the force multiplier and project manager. Their project happens to be both the executive, Martin, and the business. Managing internal and external communication, reorganizing staff roles, creating business plans, and everything in between.
They are problem solvers and fixers. They are some of the most resourceful and connected individuals in the organization. If you have a problem, bring it to them and you will have a solution by the end of the day. They are leaders. Their main objective is ensuring the objectives, goals, and vision of the Executive and business are executed.
Knowledge / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Real estate experience preferred but not necessary
- 1–3 years of service and management experience
- 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales oriented business
- Completely Bilingual French and English, Written and Oral
65,000$-75,000$ base salary + bonuses (in addition to the base salary, bonus of 25-50% of base salary) , all depending on the candidate’s experience.
Range of a good performer: 90,000$-120,000$
There is no ceiling to the salary or compensation of this position.
