Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating clean, fresh, and organized homes while providing friendly and professional service to our residential clients.
Duties
Clean residential homes according to company standards and client requests, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces, clean mirrors, empty garbage, and complete general housekeeping tasks.
Deep clean areas when needed, such as baseboards, appliances, cabinets, windowsills, and detailed bathroom/kitchen areas.
Follow cleaning checklists and instructions carefully to ensure consistent quality.
Handle cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly.
Report any damages, maintenance issues, or client concerns to the supervisor.
Maintain a professional, respectful, and trustworthy presence in clients’ homes.
Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs efficiently.
- Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of residential and hotel / commercial cleaning techniques and safety standards is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and reaching
- Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
