Signature Supplements Inc., a leader in compounding natural health products based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, is seeking an Account Manager to apply a knowledge of natural health ingredients and products to support customers with education and customized solutions, providing exceptional customer service throughout every step.
This role will have a focus on maintaining and developing customer relationships, supporting in the creation of custom formulas for patients, and growing sales. The role will provide education and support to the team and practitioner questions on technical questions, and collaborate in identifying possible new opportunities and markets, to grow the business.

Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, and quality ingredients for use in custom formulation.
- Support with healthcare practitioners to develop formulas.
- Identify opportunities and solutions for current and potential clients.
- Identify new leads and market opportunities.
- Accurately enter orders received through the Portal, email, and phone. Verify order details for accuracy and flag discrepancies before processing.
- Lead new practitioner on-boarding, including website navigation, order submission, formula creation and agreements.
- Educate existing customers on Signature Supplements policies and promptly handle more complex inquiries.
- Efficiently handle emails and phone calls, providing timely and insightful responses.
- Work with leadership to develop effective strategies to enhance overall practitioner experience and increase engagement.
- Work with Quality Assurance to resolve any issues or complaints.
Expert Communication, Support and Education
- Create educational documents and resources for practitioners and lead engagement activities including webinars, hosting events, attending tradeshows, etc.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop packages for new business opportunities building the strategic approach for outreach, and execution.
- Facilitate internal training with team on material knowledge and assist in the creation of educational resources.
- Maintain education and knowledge on current and potential raw materials, ingredients, formulas and industry trends.
- Partner with the department manager and leadership team on new strategies, business opportunities and continued improvement initiatives.
Reporting and Administration
- Track and report on CRM records
- Track health metrics by account, including satisfaction sales, and account performance
- Complete and report on revenue forecasting
- Report to the leadership team on feedback regarding client concerns
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience working with supplements, preferably in a naturopathic setting, along with solid comprehension of vitamins, minerals, and natural products.
- 1+ year of account management experience, providing exceptional service standards and sales growth
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- French communication skills would be considered a tremendous asset.
- Comfortable facilitating group trainings and leading meetings.
- Professionalism to ensure the integrity of sensitive information.
- Confident using Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Solutions driven, detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and operational demands.
