We are seeking passionate and dedicated all-subject tutors, including IELTS Teachers, TOEFL Teachers, French Teachers, OCT-Knowledgeable Subject Teachers, SSAT & Math Competition Teachers, Programming Teachers, and Swift-Code Apple Game Development Teachers. Job Duties
General Duties for All Tutors:
- Prepare lessons for students according to the approved schedule and students’ learning goals
- Teach students using a systematic program of lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and practical demonstrations (as applicable to the subject)
- Assign, correct and provide feedback on homework and practice tasks
- Prepare, administer and correct tests, assessments or practical evaluations to track students’ progress
- Identify students' individual learning needs and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Prepare and implement personalized tutoring programs for students who need additional assistance
- Attend conferences and training workshops as necessary to improve teaching skills and update subject knowledge
Specific Duties by Position:
- IELTS Teacher: Focus on IELTS listening, speaking, reading and writing modules, interpret exam rules and scoring standards, develop targeted test-taking strategies, and help students improve their IELTS scores effectively.
- TOEFL Teacher: Teach TOEFL test modules, analyze exam trends and question types, conduct speaking and writing training, and assist students in mastering TOEFL test skills to achieve their target scores.
- French Teacher: Teach French language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), popularize French culture, design interesting and interactive teaching activities, and help students build confidence in French learning.
- OCT-Knowledgeable Subject Teacher: Be familiar with the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification requirements and Ontario curriculum standards, teach core academic subjects (such as math, English, science), and help students meet the academic requirements of Ontario schools.
- SSAT & Math Competition Teacher: Teach SSAT exam content and test-taking skills, guide students in math competition knowledge (such as AMC/Kangaroo/Gauss math) knowledge system; experience in SSAT tutoring or math competition coaching is preferred; excellent logical thinking ability.
- Programming Teacher: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, etc.); experience in programming teaching, able to design interesting programming courses for students of different ages; understanding of computational thinking training methods is a plus.
- Swift-Code Apple Game Development Teacher: Proficiency in Swift programming language, familiar with iOS development environment and UIKit/SwiftUI framework; experience in Apple game development and teaching; able to guide students in completing simple game development projects; familiar with App Store release process is a plus.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred); Master’s Degree is a plus for specialized positions (such as IELTS, TOEFL, math competition)
Experience:
Teaching: 3 years (preferred); relevant work or internship experience in the subject field is acceptable for outstanding candidates
