The Kuper Academy Junior School is looking for a French Teacher to join their energetic and devoted elementary school team.
Position responsibilities:
- Plan and teach elementary level French lessons (FSL)
- Teach and evaluate students according to MEES criteria
- Complete administrative work as needed: attendance, interim reports, report cards, etc
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences as required
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with administration, colleagues and parents
- Escort students to and from specialty classes as needed
- Complete supervision duties before, during and after school
- Participate in school events and extra-curricular activities (in and outside school hours)
Requirements:
- License to teach elementary students in Quebec (brevet)
- Comfortable integrating technology into teaching and learning (ipads, Google Classroom, etc)
- Proficiency in the French language along with the ability to understand and communicate in English

Pay: $49,167.34-$95,785.23 per year
