Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer service-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed detailing jobs to ensure quality and consistency.
- Evaluate paint correction and polishing work to ensure it meets our high standards of finish and clarity.- Identify any defects or areas needing improvement and communicate this to the detailing team.
- Maintain a checklist of quality standards and ensure all vehicles meet or exceed those standards.
- Clean and detail vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces
- Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces
- Wash and wax vehicle exteriors to restore shine and protect paint
- Buff and polish and Paint Correction
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Remove dirt, dust, and debris from vehicle interiors
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects
- Apply protective coatings to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and detailing vehicles
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of vehicles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different cleaning products and techniques for various surfaces
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
