Duties
- Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skin treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Perform professional manicures and pedicures, ensuring high standards of nail care and sanitation are maintained at all times
- Deliver exceptional guest services by actively listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations for skincare and retail products
- Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations and salon standards
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, processing retail sales, product demos, and upselling treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and new treatments through effective communication and demonstration.
Experience
- Previous experience as an esthetician or nail technician is required.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, body waxing techniques, hair styling basics, eyelash extension application, makeup artistry, and retail sales strategies
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with guest services or hospitality settings is a plus; a friendly demeanor and positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
