Continental Conveyor is a well-established group of privately owned companies, based in Napanee, Ontario and Thetford Mines, Quebec. We design and manufacture bulk material handling equipment for a Canadian and international client base. We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- accounts payable data entry using ERP software,
- accounts receivable data entry using ERP software,
- payroll data entry,
- job costing data entry,
- activities related to assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports,
- general administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- recent college graduate or experience in similar job position,
- strong communication and organizational skills,
- proficiency with MS Office, in particular Excel and Word,
- fluency in French an asset.
