We are located in Toronto suburb of North York, conveniently located minutes from downtown and to all GTA municipalities. Our mission as a Business to Business Solutions Specialist is to serve any size client in any capacity requiring any LED light application . We are proud to say that our manufacturing is all done in house, right here in Toronto.
The main responsibilities of the successful candidate are listed below however other tasks may be assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone or in person
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
- Generating internal work order and liaison with production team
- Organize documents
- Understand customer needs and requirements to maximize sales
- Work in a team environment with the willingness to help out where needed
Requirements:
- Language proficiency: English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word as well as Power Point
- Ability to multi-task, and prioritize
- Passion for sales & marketing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$24.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
