Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and styling homes for showings by arranging furniture, decor, and accessories to highlight each space’s best features
- Support the setup and breakdown of staging arrangements, ensuring all elements are placed accurately and safely
- Collaborate with the team to select appropriate color schemes, textures, and design elements that align with client preferences and market trends
- Help maintain inventory of staging items, including furniture, artwork, and decorative accessories
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials by assisting with photography setup and basic image editing using Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Participate in site visits to assess space requirements and provide input on design concepts
- Part Time Assistant

Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and visual arts painting is a plus
- Familiarity with digital design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or SketchUp is preferred
- Experience or interest in motion graphics, 3D animation (Maya or similar), or CAD software can be advantageous but is not required
- Strong sense of aesthetics with an eye for detail and spatial arrangement
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
- Prior experience in fashion design, construction painting, or home decor is beneficial but not mandatory
