Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Travelling Construction Site Supervisor to oversee projects across Canada. This position is initially offered as a 4-6 month contract with the potential for renewal based on performance, project workload, and future opportunities. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing one active project at a time, or multiple scopes within the same facility, while maintaining full control over quality, safety, schedule, and documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day to day site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly site reports using Microsoft Office applications or other approved software
- Coordinate trades, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics in collaboration with Project Managers and Executive Staff
- Travel to project locations across Canada and take full ownership of site performance from mobilization through project closeout
- Enforce health and safety compliance and ensure site procedures meet company and regulatory standards at all times
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work, identify conflicts or gaps, and resolve issues promptly with the project team
- Communicate project progress, risks, and site updates clearly, professionally, and regularly with the Project Manager
- Maintain accurate site documentation, inspection reports, deficiency lists, and closeout records
- Represent BRU Developments professionally with clients, consultants, and trades while promoting a safe, respectful, and productive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or equivalent senior site role in commercial or residential construction
- Strong and proven knowledge of Canadian building codes, construction methods, and safety standards
- Demonstrated success managing multiple trades, project schedules, and site logistics on active job sites
- High level of proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office for reporting, documentation, and communication
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout Canada, including extended stays away from home when required
- Experience with national retail, multi site rollouts, or commercial construction across multiple provinces is considered a strong asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
