Short Description

To produce a Quality Product which meets the customer requirements, In Full, On Time, while at all times complying with all Regulatory and Company Safety requirements.

Long Description

Safety, Health + Environment: Undertake all work in accordance with Safe Work Practices by: Adhering to all the requirements of the IES Safety Charter, and following all procedures at all times, particularly those relating to the handling of explosives. Displaying a positive attitude to Safety at all times and conducting all work in accordance with the Explosives Act. Reporting all unusual incidents to the Shift Leader and participating in the incident investigations to ensure that corrective action is promptly taken. Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping throughout the plant, and that the machinery and equipment are kept in a safe operational condition by reporting any defects promptly. Early reporting of all first aid injuries and actively participating in rehabilitation programs to promote recovery. Conducting Housekeeping Audits and participating in other related Safety activities. Quality: Manufacturing products which conform to agreed customer requirements by monitoring the 1. Process 2. Product Quality 3. Raw Material Quality Reporting all non conformances to the Shift Leaders. Raising of Red Cards if the product does not conform to requirements. Participating in corrective action investigations.
