Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facility, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to team success.
Duties
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 70lbs
- Assisting with finishing work; Tiling, rock work, framing, dry walling, painting, sweep and cleanup of the job site
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site, shop and vehicle cleanup and maintenance tasks to uphold safety standards
- Support skilled trades by preparing work areas and handling basic tasks as directed
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Help with inventory management, including organizing supplies and materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards
Experience
- Previous experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and willingness to follow instructions accurately
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
