Job Summary
The Cook is responsible for preparing Mailo’s menu items according to company recipes and standards. This role ensures food is prepared with excellent quality, proper freshness, and consistency.
Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to Mailo’s recipes.
- Follow company standards for recipe execution and food presentation.
- Maintain ingredient freshness and proper food handling.
- Follow hygiene and food-safety procedures at all times.
- Avoid excessive use of ingredients or changing recipes without approval.
- Wear required protective items, including gloves and cap.
- Work as part of the kitchen team to support smooth store operations.
Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Organized and team-oriented.
- Able to follow recipes precisely and consistently.
- Careful, clean, and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
