What Does a Typical Day Look Like at Mr. Lube Eversyde?
As a Supervisor, you’ll lead by example on the shop floor while helping ensure smooth daily operations. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting and supervising technicians to perform at their best.
You’ll oversee workflow, maintain service quality, and deliver exceptional service — all while upholding Mr. Lube’s Customer First standards. You’ll also receive ongoing support through Mr. Lube’s leadership and technical training programs.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced automotive professional with leadership experience who is ready to step into a supervisory role within an established, fast-paced service environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, technically skilled, organized, and confident leading a team.
You will supervise day-to-day shop operations, mentor technicians, and help ensure all services are completed efficiently, safely, and to Mr. Lube standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of automotive technicians
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
- Oversee preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Conduct and review vehicle inspections to identify required repairs or maintenance
- Support technician training, performance, and development
- Ensure proper use of diagnostic tools and adherence to manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
- Promote a safe, clean, and positive work environment
