A fast-growing international skincare and beauty company is looking for a multi-talented, sharp, energetic and easygoing RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE to join our team!
We are a fun-loving team currently operating 3 stores and looking for more team members to join our expanding family! No experience is required, and we offer a high starting salary as well as high commission rates!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service Oriented with Strong Interpersonal Skill
- Customer friendliness is key!
- Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management
- Hand out soap samples and perform demos to promote our products
- Handle cash, merchandising, store cleanliness standards and organization
REQUIREMENTS:
- No experience required full training will be provided
- Retail Experience Preferred
- Positive mindset, possess the confidence and comfortable approaching potential customers
- Sales-minded and focused individuals who are hunters and go-getters by nature
- Friendly and outgoing with a can-do spirit
- Good spoken English
