As a Youth Services Clinical Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee the development and monitoring of the outcomes data collection for children and youth clients in Hollyburn's therapeutic programs. You will act as the communication liaison between members of multi-disciplinary teams, as well as other health care professionals and administrative personnel outside the programs. The Clinical Manager takes a long-range view of child and youth service delivery and follows through on issues that impact on the overall quality of care provided.

The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and can include on-call evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:
Education: M.S.W. or M. Psychology, or related Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of direct supervisory experience providing child/youth services
Education and training in child development
8 years of experience supporting those with mental health and behaviour challenges
Experience and training in behaviour modification/management and intervention practices
Experience and training with the ability to implement life skills and community based programming
Experience and training in social development and family support
Experience and training in a variety of intervention strategies with the ability to apply approaches to implement client centered programming
Experience doing Assessments for care plans for youth in a staffed resource setting
Ability to write, implement and train professionals on Service Plans and Emergency Management Plans
Clear, direct and sensitive verbal and written communication skills
Valid B.C. Driver’s License
Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
Current CPR/First Aid training (or be willing to complete training we provide)
Current Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) or MANDT training (or be willing to complete training we provide)
Must be available to work weekends and evenings when required
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (or approved exemption or accommodation from the Provincial Health Authority)

Align staff team and supervisors with program vision and expectations in reference to case assignment, case file management, reporting, discharge and transition, and follow-up procedures
Screen, review, and assess potential new referrals
Conduct treatment plans and track progress of clients, including CAFAS assessment, service and emergency management plans, discharge reports, transition plans
Collaborate with Supervisors to complete client intake and transition plans
Work with Program Managers, Supervisors, and the HR team to establish staffing teams to match client needs
Consult with and provide clinical direction to Supervisors and staff
Work collaboratively with professionals involved to implement client centered life skills, social development, communication and therapeutic programming
Collaborate with family members, caregivers, social workers, resource analysts, teachers and others involved in the client’s support team to ensure consistency in providing programming and support
Train and support staff; provide debriefing following CIRs
Attend IEP, CPOC, Transition Planning, Integrated Case Management, Psychiatric and other requested meetings for youth as required
Consult with the Clinical Director on a regular basis

Salary: $5,300-$5,800/month plus full benefits
