The Role
As a Journeyman Carpenter / Experienced Carpenter, you will be involved in a wide range of residential construction projects, including:
- Framing and structural work
- Concrete forming
- Renovations and remodels
- Interior finishing
- Flooring installation
- Cabinet installation
- Doors, windows, and trim work
- Decks and outdoor structures
- Roofing and exterior work
- General construction and maintenance tasks
You will work closely with our team to complete high-quality projects while maintaining safety, organization, and attention to detail.
Things You'll Need
- Red Seal Carpenter certification is preferred
- HOWEVER — if you don’t have your ticket but have developed the same level of knowledge through strong hands-on experience, we encourage you to apply.
- Proven carpentry experience in residential construction
- Ability to read and understand drawings and plans
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think through challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence
- Reliable transportation
- Physically able to perform construction work, including lifting materials, bending, crouching, and working in different environmentsThe Type of Person We’re Looking For
