Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Mississauga, Ontario
DailySupport is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and qualified Personal Support Worker (PSW) for in-home care clients in Mississauga, Ontario.
We are seeking professional care providers who are interested in supporting clients in private home settings. Assignments may include personal care, companionship, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and general home support related to the client’s care needs.
Duties May Include
- Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting safe mobility and transfers
- Meal preparation and basic home support
- Light housekeeping related to client care
- Housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, tidying, and maintaining a clean living environment
- Monitoring client needs and reporting concerns when required
- Following the care plan and maintaining professional boundaries
- Documenting care provided, when applicable
- Medication reminders, where appropriate and within scope
Requirements
- PSW certificate or nursing education / nursing registration
- Experience providing care in private homes, long-term care, retirement homes, hospitals, or community settings
- Vulnerable Sector Check / Police Check
- CPR / First Aid is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle required
- Reliable, compassionate, respectful, and professional
- Comfortable assisting with both care support and light housekeeping duties
- Ability to travel to client homes in Mississauga
- Experience with MVA clients, attendant care, seniors, disability support, or catastrophic injury clients is an asset
Transportation
A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required for this position, as the provider may need to travel to client homes within Mississauga and surrounding areas.
Languages
English is required. Additional languages are an asset.

Experience:

Driving Requirement:
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle required
Pay: $17.90-$20.00 per hour
