Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician and Beauty Therapist to join our beauty team. Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct body waxing treatments safely and effectively while maintaining client comfort
- Provide skincare consultations and recommend appropriate beauty treatments tailored to individual needs
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and satisfaction
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with relevant certifications or licenses required by local regulations
- Proficiency in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to promote retail sales through upselling techniques while maintaining genuine customer relationships
- Commitment to sanitation standards and hygiene practices in all treatments performed
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required
