- Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance client satisfaction and increase retail sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future visits
- Foster a friendly atmosphere by communicating effectively with clients and team members
Skills
