Qualifications:
- Montessori certification from an accredited institution.
- Strong understanding of child development and the Montessori method.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on Montessori principles and the developmental needs of each child.
- Child Development: Observe and assess each child’s development, interests, and learning styles to tailor educational experiences accordingly.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a calm, respectful, and orderly classroom atmosphere. Guide and support children in resolving conflicts, managing emotions, and building positive relationships with peers.
- Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and development. Participate in parent-teacher interviews and school events to enhance parent involvement.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe and healthy classroom environment in accordance with licensing and accreditation standards.
