Position available immediately.
Looking for a full time (Monday to Friday) person who will be working directly with the Accounting and Order Desk departments, and also other depts. Person must be computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
Multi-tasker, quick-witted, dynamic, bilingual, team player, responsible, energetic, and who is looking to grow with the company. Must be able to work in a high stress/ demanding environment especially during peak seasons.
** Daily tasks will include the following **
Data Entry (main role):
- Customer presentation sheets & forms (filling out, submitting, etc.)
- Managing emails/requests sent directly from customers, etc.
- A/P data entry (invoices, etc)
- Matching / cross-referencing of documents
- Anything else required from either dept.in terms of data entry
- Answering the phone
- Receiving guests
- Ensuring conference room is presentable
- Courier shipments (inbound and outbound)
- Daily mail (incoming/outgoing)
Aside from the above mentioned, to also assist all other departments in general office work and tasks.
