M&O Events is hiring a Concession Cook for the National Bank Open at Sobeys Stadium. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in fast-paced beverage or smoothie environments, such as Booster Juice, or similar food and beverage operations.
As a Concession Cook, you will primarily be responsible for preparing blended beverages and simple concession items while maintaining speed, consistency, and quality in a high-volume event environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare smoothies, blended drinks, and other concession beverages to company standards
- Operate blenders and related equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation throughout service
- Ensure stock levels of ingredients and supplies are maintained during shifts
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Assist with opening, restocking, and closing duties
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in smoothie, juice bar, café, or fast-paced food service environments preferred
- Experience using blenders and beverage preparation equipment required
- Experience at Booster Juice or similar is considered a strong asset
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
Requirements
- Must be available for event dates and flexible with shifts
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy event environment
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
