Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by approaching homeowners and local businesses, presenting our services, and closing sales.
This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings, making it ideal for driven individuals who want to control their income.
What You’ll Do
- Canvass neighborhoods and commercial areas to generate leads and sales
- Engage with homeowners and business owners in a professional manner
- Educate potential customers on driveway sealing and asphalt repair services
- Provide quotes and close sales on the spot
- Track leads and follow up when necessary
- Represent the ForgeSeal brand with professionalism and confidence
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales (outdoor work)
- Sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
