Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Calgary. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a background in waste management or a similar industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the facility runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while meeting both operational and financial targets.

3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the waste management or recycling industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
