Flaman Fitness is currently looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and ambitious Warehouse/Delivery Associate to join our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan team.

Primary Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Maintain excellent customer service and professional attitude
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on all work sites and have a working knowledge of any local construction site safety protocols
- Complete required paperwork with accuracy according to company policies, procedures and protocols
- Ensure all products being moved/transferred matches with the paperwork (sales orders, invoices, packing slips, BOL’s)
- Organize a busy warehouse and maintain clean/tidy workspace
- Ensure that product is not damaged and safely stored
- Move equipment/products safely and securely (heavy lifting)
- Assist with inventory counts regularly and maintain accurate records
- Operating a forklift, including conducting forklift equipment inspections before and after use
- Responsible for opening & closing procedures for warehouse
- Operate equipment/tools used for assembly and installation of fitness equipment & accessories
- Assemble/install product and fitness equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Complete thorough product testing after installation
- Remove all packaging from the installation site and ensure the site is clean and tidy before departing
- Drive company vehicles as required for deliveries
- Obey all road rules and traffic legislation while driving company vehicles
- May require occasional travel for work out of town (including overnight stay)
- Utilizing navigation apps and maintaining an organized travel schedule
- Maintain accurate and up-to date logbook
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks and ensuring enough gas is in the tank for the next day
- Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the company service vehicle, including washing outside and interior detailing
- May be required to provide support and assistance to the service team (as needed)
- Other tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Recognize the importance of building strong, lasting relationships with customers, vendors and co-workers
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience (preferred)
- Previous delivery/assembly experience (preferred)
- Competent computer skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Must be accountable, reliable and have good problem-solving skills
- Organized with ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking and balance priorities
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Ability to safely lift heavy products up to 55 lbs. on your own
- Ability to safely lift heavy products, as a part of a team over 100 lbs.
- Mechanically inclined with technical knowledge on fitness equipment operations (preferred)
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (fluent in English)
- Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Have great work ethic and eager to learn new things
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and satisfactory criminal record check
