Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aspects of construction, including blueprint reading, carpentry, and power tools. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in construction projects to contribute to diverse building and renovation tasks. Candidates should be comfortable with heavy lifting, working with woodworking and schematics, and adhering to safety standards on-site.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
- framing, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Perform carpentry tasks including cutting, fitting, and assembling wood structures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on-site
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Skills
- Proven experience in construction with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics
- Skilled in , carpentry, woodworking, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and construction work
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights
