Join our dynamic team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos as a Food Service Attendant! In this fast-paced and customer-focused role, you will be an important part of delivering high-quality food and excellent service to our customers. You will assist with food preparation, assembly of menu items, customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are consistently followed.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and assembly of menu items, including burritos, tacos, bowls, quesadillas, and other food products according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner and respond to customer requests efficiently.
- Take customer orders and assist in ensuring orders are prepared accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and portion ingredients, including vegetables, meats, sauces, and other food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas, service counters, dining areas, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Properly handle, store, rotate, and dispose of food products in accordance with restaurant policies and food safety standards.
- Clean dishes, utensils, counters, food preparation surfaces, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing food supplies and inventory as required.
- Support other team members during busy periods to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Operate food service equipment safely and responsibly.
- Ensure a positive dining experience by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick-service restaurant, food service establishment, kitchen, or customer service environment is an asset.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and established food preparation procedures.
- Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided to suitable candidates.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
