We are seeking an inspirational business leader, focused on delivering extraordinary customer experiences and building a One Team environment. Located in Toronto, the Assistant Retail Manager will be accountable for supporting in executing store operations and teammate training & engagement at our 228 Queens Quay, 22 Fort York Blvd and 93 Front Street East locations.
We are looking for a teammate with:
Minimum 2 years leadership experience in retail sales and/or customer service.
Smart Serve Certification.
Proven leadership capability.
Exemplary customer service and communication skills.
A strong business sense with a creative desire to increase sales.
Working knowledge of Windows applications, including Word and Excel.
Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business or Marketing an asset.
Wine experience and knowledge an asset.
Flexibility for evening and weekend work on a weekly basis.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs on a regular basis, as well as frequent need to stand, bend, and twist.
This teammate will be accountable for:
Leading and modelling best in class customer experiences with a focus on driving sales & customer service.
Supporting in executing business strategies to meet/exceed financial objectives.
Supporting in recruiting, developing and motivating teammates.
Maintaining awareness and reporting on competition in the marketplace.
Challenging the status quo! Being innovative within Region and share best practices to impact performance across the organization.
