Job Summary

The Dealer Support Group is the main point of contact for dealers. They provide the following:

*Dealer Setup and Onboarding

*Systems Training

*Deal Structure Assistance

*Initiate Inter-Departmental Review (Discuss deals with credit/funding)

*Provide Admin Assistance to the RM Team

*Outbound Notification to Dealers on Promos or Program Changes

*Additional Functions as Needed in Support of Sales

The role is the single point of service contact for our dealers that ensure our programs are delivered in a industry leading manner to our customers. The position is part of our Business Development and Dealer Support Dept. team and is full time with some scheduling flexibility available.

Experience:

  • Customer Service Driven Retail or Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Lending or Financial: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Automotive Dealer: 1 year (Preferred)
