With training locations across Canada, UK, and the United States, we specialise in small-group, practical training for licensed medical professionals, combining clinical excellence with a supportive learning environment.
The Role
We are currently expanding our Vancouver faculty and are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Trainer / Educator to join our team.
This role involves delivering weekend-based training courses (once a month to start with ) to medical professionals, guiding them through both theoretical and practical components of aesthetic medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training in:
- Botulinum Toxin (Botox)
- Dermal Fillers (lips, cheeks, jawline, etc.)
- Skin Boosters and polynucleotides
- PRP
- Microneedling and Chemical Peels
- Teach core principles, including:
- Facial anatomy
- Consultation and patient assessment
- Treatment planning and safety
- Supervise delegates during hands-on practical sessions with live models
- Ensure all treatments are carried out safely and in accordance with best clinical practice
- Support and mentor delegates throughout the training day
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation where required
Course Structure
Typical training days include:
- Morning theory session (anatomy, consultation, safety)
- Clinical safety briefing
- Supervised hands-on practical session
- Case discussions and treatment reviews
Requirements
- Registered healthcare professional (MD, or equivalent)
- Valid licence to practice in British Columbia
- Minimum 2+ years experience in aesthetic injectables
- Strong experience with:
- Botox
- Dermal fillers
- Previous teaching or training experience (preferred but not essential)
- Professional liability / malpractice insurance
