The Opportunity
Are you ready to commit to a technical career that takes real dedication to master? Setpoint is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior BAS Service Technician. This is not a plug-and-play role — Building Automation Systems sit at the intersection of electrical, mechanical, and software disciplines, and becoming proficient takes years of structured learning and hands-on experience. If you're the kind of person who enjoys solving problems, isn't afraid of a steep learning curve, and wants to build a career in one of the most in-demand technical trades in the GTA, this role is for you.
You will be enrolled in a 309A electrical apprenticeship and supported through a structured internal training program that includes hands-on field mentorship, online courses, in-person training sessions, and Reliable Controls product training. Expect to grow — and expect to put in the work to get there.
