They help members through their first steps of shaping their financial fitness by responding to member inquiries, identifying member needs and providing recommendations for Servus products that can support their goals and making our members feel at home. They do this by getting to know our members and helping them complete basic banking transactions like deposits, withdrawals, loans and bill payments, money orders, credit card advances, selling foreign currency, cashing cheques and more.
