Tawse Winery is Canada’s Winery of the Year (2010, 2011, 2012 and 2016). We produce certified Organic wines from over 200 acres of premium Niagara vineyards. Our portfolio includes a large traditional method sparkling wine program, world-class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, as well as Riesling and Cabernet Franc. As part of our production team, you will also work with wines from our sister winery Redstone (Winery of the Year 2017). Our production also includes cider and many other exciting new projects. We produce approximately 40,000 cases of product each year.
We are currently looking for highly motivated and hardworking Harvest Cellar Hands, this is an hourly wage position for 6 to 10 weeks starting September, with potential for an extended work term.
The role includes all aspects of winemaking and is very hands on. You may be involved in fruit receival, sorting, pump overs/punch downs, fermentation monitoring, pressing, barrel work, winery sanitation, bottling and disgorging, as well as other winery related jobs.

Previous vintage experience
University or College Degree in Oenology and Viticulture
