Olive Jar Cannabis is a licensed and independently owned cannabis retail store, proudly serving Toronto and surrounding communities.
Working alongside a supportive leadership team and awesome colleagues, you will curate and deliver personalized experiences by engaging and educating customers, helping them find the right products, and creating a delightful atmosphere that customers enjoy returning to. What you'll do:
- Greet customers warmly, assess needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Actively showcase new arrivals, featured products, and promotions
- Stay informed about the different strains, products, and their effects
- Educate customers on consumption methods, dosing, and product safety
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies regarding cannabis sales
- Operate POS system for transactions, maintain accurate records of sales, inventory and compliance reports
- Assist with organizing stock and displays, and packing deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space

What you must have:
- Proven experience in the cannabis industry/retail sales
- Knowledgeable in cannabis strains, products, and their effects
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash management and basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Candidates with a personal vehicle and a valid G-License will be given preference
Absolute Requirements:
- Older than 19 years
- Valid CannSell Certification
- New Criminal Background Verification Result

Pay: $17.60 per hour
