Outscape Group Inc. is an established Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Design/Build, and Snow Contractor. We are a family owned and operated business with a solid and long-term customer base and we have built a reputation for quality, dependable and prompt service. Hours of work are generally 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday throughout summer season, with seasonal Saturday work. Winter hours and start times do vary due to the nature of snow removal business. We are constantly looking for individuals who bring value and possess a great attitude, on board our team. We are located Lynden (Primary Yard) & Hamilton Mountain (Secondary Yard) and provide landscape and associated services throughout the surrounding area. All work is local with minimal travel requirements. We are currently looking for qualified individuals for the position of Landscape Maintenance Foreman:
Landscape Maintenance Foreman:
- Must be well versed in all aspects of horticultural practices and procedures
- Must be well versed in all aspects of lawn maintenance operations
- Must be well versed in all aspects of snow clearing operations
- Knowledge of many different types of turf care equipment (Zero turn, walk behind, trimmers etc.)
- Valid G license with current clean abstract and own vehicle mandatory (to get to our work place/shop). After successful probation period, employee may receive a company vehicle . Must be able to safely drive pick-up truck with trailer combination.
- Able to meet time deadlines and short notice orders
- Team oriented player and excellent leader (lead by example)
- Able to work along side and lead a crew of 2-3 people
- Have a positive attitude, be dependable and reliable
- Quality workmanship and detail oriented
- Year-round full-time position
