Territory Representative

About the Role
We are seeking motivated and professional Territory Representatives to join our growing team across Canada.
This is an in-person, field sales position where you will meet directly with local business owners and decision-makers in your assigned territory. Your role will be to introduce business purchasing solutions, build relationships, and help companies improve the way they purchase supplies and services.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits with business owners and decision-makers
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Present and explain business purchasing solutions during face-to-face meetings
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage and organize your territory effectively
- Track daily activity and performance metrics
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching programs
- Work toward weekly and monthly sales goals
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Professional and dependable
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

Experience
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location
Field-based within the assigned territory. Daily travel to meet with local businesses is required.
Pay: $37,632.04-$100,000.00 per year
