Answers and routes inbound calls, messages, and correspondence to the appropriate contact using established procedures.
Schedules meetings, reserves rooms, and updates calendars to support orderly coordination of daily activities.
Prepares routine documents, correspondence, and meeting materials using standard formats and templates.
Maintains filing systems, records, and administrative information to support accurate storage and retrieval.
Coordinates routine travel, visitor arrangements, and basic logistics under direction and within defined guidelines.
Updates trackers, logs, and standard reports using information from defined sources to support visibility and follow-up.
Escalates nonstandard requests, missing information, and processing issues to the appropriate owner in a timely manner.

Work Experience:
Experience in medical information, clinical research, pharmacovigilance (drug safety), or equivalent related experience in pharmacy or within the pharmaceutical industry is considered a significant asset.
Knowledge of the pharmacovigilance industry, including current Health Canada, U.S. FDA, EMA (European Medicines Agency), and ICH pharmacovigilance guidelines.
Ability to adapt to change and acquire new skills as required.
Experience in the medical and/or pharmaceutical field, as well as knowledge of medical terminology, is considered an asset.
