We are currently seeking an experienced Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of appliance repair and maintenance. Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting various types of appliances is required. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair household appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines, and dryers.
- Test and inspect appliances for proper operation.
- Provide detailed estimates of repair costs, including parts and labour, to management.
- Install and replace parts as needed.
- Provide customer service and answer questions about appliance repairs.
- Keep records of repairs and maintenance work performed using our online maintenance ticketing system.
- Follow safety protocols when working with electrical components.
