We are looking for reliable and hardworking Food Truck Staff / Cooks to join our team. This role is for food truck operations at festivals, pop-ups, private bookings, markets, outdoor events, and busy food service locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Cooking and preparing food truck menu items
- Taking customer orders and serving guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Assisting with food prep before service
- Helping with food truck setup and take down before and after service
- Keeping the food truck clean, organized, and fully stocked during shifts
- Following food safety, cleanliness, and portion standards
- Loading, unloading, and packing food, supplies, and equipment when needed
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced food truck environment
Requirements:
- Must have 8 months to 1 year of previous food truck, cooking, fast food, or restaurant experience
- Must have a valid G license
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced food truck space
- Able to work evenings, weekends, festivals, and flexible event hours
- Able to stand for long periods and lift supplies when needed
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset
Pay: $19.00 per hour
