Ferris Burger and Oyster Bar is a long running downtown Victoria spot known for burgers, oysters, happy hour, and approachable comfort food. We’re hiring a Full Time line and prep cook to join our kitchen team.
What you’ll do
- Cook on a busy line with consistency and urgency
- Prep to spec and maintain daily mise
- Execute dishes across our grill, burger, and seafood menu
- Shuck a ton of oysters, clean and fast
- Keep stations clean, organized, and food safe
- Support service, prep, and end of day routines
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 year line experience in a high volume kitchen
- Solid knife skills and understanding of station flow
- Organized, calm under pressure, and detail focused
- Team-first communication and reliability
- Evening and weekend availability
- Experience working with oysters and fresh shellfish.
What we offer
- $24–$26 per hour total compensation (includes wage + tips), depending on experience
