Store Manager for Coquitlam Center Mall – Full time

The ideal candidate will have a passion for home décor and enjoy working closely with customers delivering knowledge and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
As the store manager you will be responsible to manage all activities necessary for the efficient operation of the Coquitlam store in order to maximize sales and service while promoting the company’s image of quality and professionalism.
- You will recruit and develop professional sales staff
- Provide excellent visual presentations
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage administrative functions
- Control inventory and operating costs
- Coach and motivate employees to achieve and surpass sales goals
Skills
Management experience preferred
Home decor retail sales experience and/or interior design education is an asset
Remuneration commensurate with experience.
