College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or equivalent (AEC or significant experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT/networking role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, VLANs, etc.).
Experience with Asterisk/Sangoma IP telephony (configuration and troubleshooting).
Plan, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless networks, ACLs).
Ensure availability of critical services (routing, VLAN, NAT, QoS, DHCP, DNS).
Participate in modernization projects and technical documentation.
Implement and monitor security solutions (firewalls, EDR, MFA, IDS).
Detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents.
Perform vulnerability assessments and propose corrective measures.
Contribute to regulatory compliance and evolving practices in response to emerging threats.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (frequent travel required).
