Victoria Distillers is looking to add to our Distillery Tasting Room and Retail Store Teams. The Position is for both our Sidney Waterfront and YYJ Airport Locations. The successful applicant must either possess or obtain a Valid Serving It Right certificate as well as a RAIC card allowing them to work in the 'post security' area at the Victoria International Airport.

Our Victoria International Airport outlet is a unique and one-of-a-kind concept, we are producing, bottling, and selling our product onsite!
Requirements:
- Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to all our guests.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our process, products & company origins.
- Learn our story and educate our customers about our line of award-winning spirits including Empress 1908 Gin.
- Provide constant support and encouragement to your colleagues.
- Assist in bottling, pouring samples and processing retail transactions.
- Assist with inventory control, cost structuring and reporting.
- Consistently anticipate your guest and team needs.
- Consistently show initiative and accountability.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, presentable, and safe work environment at all times.
- Engage with travelers and expose them to the Victoria Distillers and Empress 1908 brands.
- Maintain a current understanding of industry trends and cocktail culture.
- Effectively complete opening and/or closing duties.
- Adhere to all Victoria International Airport rules, regulations, and standards.
· Eligible to obtain an airport security pass based on a clean background check.
