Key Responsibilities
In this role, efficiency is just as important as the finish. You will be responsible for keeping our inventory moving and our facility spotless.
- High-Speed Detailing: Perform rapid yet thorough interior and exterior cleaning. You must be able to vacuum, wipe down surfaces, clean glass, and wash exteriors efficiently to meet daily inventory goals.
- Showroom Readiness: Ensure every vehicle on the lot is "front-line ready" at all times, including quick touch-ups on cars that have been sitting outdoors.
- Chemical & Supply Organization: Keep detailing chemicals and tools organized and ready for immediate use. You’ll manage inventory so there is zero downtime during the workday.
- Lot & Showroom Flow: Quickly move and organize vehicles in the outdoor lot to maximize space and presentation.
- Office & Facility Care: Maintain a clean, professional environment in the office and customer areas through regular, fast-paced tidying.
- Customer Interaction: Greet and attend to customers promptly, providing a professional and welcoming first impression of the shop.
- Vehicle Transport: Use your valid driver’s license to travel between locations or pick up supplies as needed.
