RESIDENTIAL HOUSE CLEANER
Duties:
- MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
- MUST HAVE G2/G DRIVERS LICENSE AND OWN THEIR OWN VEHICLE .
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash and dispose of waste materials
- Organize and tidy up rooms and common areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within allocated timeframes
- Ability to clean and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage cleaning supplies
- Effective communication skills to understand client preferences and instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Working conditions:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday variable hours (9:00AM-5:00PM)
- Routine physical activities include standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, lifting and moving light objects, pushing, pulling, working in an awkward position and/or maintaining one position for a long period of time. .
- Work is performed mainly indoors in residential houses, apartments, townhouses, AirBNB, etc.
- Exposure to workplace materials (cleaning products, etc.) and powered/non-powered equipment and tools (floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, etc.).
- Work may be performed at a variety of locations, heights, and cleaning conditions.
- Exposure to biologically hazardous materials (vomit, urine, stools, blood etc.).
