What you will do in this role:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
- Provide ongoing support and training to customers as needed
We are looking for:
- Proven track record of success in heavy machinery sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication, organization and social skills
- Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule
- Work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to influence others
- Business development mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Proficiency in CRM software is preferred
