We're looking for you to join our team as a Program Coordinator - Global Mobility Services in Ottawa or Kitchener, ON.
As the Coordinator, you'll join our growing team in Eastern Canada to provide valuable support to our specialists and managers. You'll be managing compliance work, acting as the first point of contact for cross-border employees, organizing client data for high-quality deliverables, coordinating tax return delivery, and handling simple tax matters and notices. Additionally, you'll be leveraging existing tools and technology, answering client inquiries, arranging tax consultations, maintaining client relationships, addressing routine CRA/IRS queries, preparing working papers for tax services, tracking foreign office compliance, monitoring KPIs, and managing billing. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement and continuously developing your skills and tax knowledge.
